Received a demand for £120 from pcs, they said they put a ticket on the car and sent me a letter, no they havnt, i have emailed them and the sent me a pic ov the car, they now said i can pay in installments, is this right:mad: im not saying he parked correctly and im trying to get out of paying, i just think its wrong how they have demanded £120

PCS are debt collectors and they do not issue parking tickets and do not put windscreen tickets on vehicles either (PCS = DRPL)

I wasnt driving the car at the time my son was n yeah he probably parked wrong n wouldnt tell me if he had a notice on the window cos he would of bin scared n now its !!! bak n bit me on the !!!!, my argument is they say they have sent me a letter b4 this demand n they havnt 🤔0

It just says pcs and the creditor is parking ticketing ltd0

so the PPC is PTL then (you should have told us in the first place)
send the DPO at PTL a SAR by email and ask for the usual items (legal beagles template) including a copy of the NTK and any other paperwork and pictures they have on you as KEEPER of the vehicle
do a similar request back to PCS demanding a copy of the NTK and proof of posting0
