My suspicions are that it is a resident in the flat as i got in a fight with the person who was living above me and ever since things have been going missing from my flat. Also my emails social media accounts have been hacked into etc. Basically my life has been ruined whilst living in there and I went back one last time to my flat today to find another item missing. I have reported the stolen cash to the police at the time it went missing but no evidence so nothing could be done as last resort just moved all my stuff out and moving on with my life as best I can
How could this person gain access if you changed the locks?0 -

Why do you have two accounts? Dont see the reason for that when they are clearly linked (one as a number 2 after the name lol)0

Some do, some don't. Pretty common where I am for flats to be converted houses, with all post going through the original front door letterbox and divvied up by the residents.
I don't know if they changed it but when I moved bank and got a new card, I got the PIN and card on different days but all I had to do was go to a cash machine to use it and change the PINSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Was this a flat share?
If yes, did the police interview your flatmate?
If no, how did anyone get in after the lockwas chamged?
