Back in November you were advised to start your own thread for advice. Sadly you didn't and therefore didn't actually get any advice from here. If you had bothered to do so then the outcome may well have been different.

In this very thread there has been advice that a late submission may see a case rejected. At 59 days you would have been advised the chances of you obtaining a set aside were slim to none.

We see set asides won almost every time. I can only recall one refused in 2 years.
