First Direct Expedia switch gift. Not on my list of options

Hi all,
I switched to First Direct in December, when they were still offering their switch gift incentive, rather than the new cash offer. One of them was £150 Expedia vouchers.
Now I'm trying to claim, the option for Expedia isn't there. Just the courses and the tech but I don't really want any of those . Per the Ts&Cs it looks like I should still be eligible.
Anyone know if these were taken away? As the switch incentive has changed to cash, the site doesn't have the available options anymore to check against. I contacted the site dealing with the gifts but still no response.
Do I have to go to a different site or do something specific to claim? Or should I just choose a tech option and sell it?
Thanks in advance

I think the gifts are subject to availability and can be pulled at any time0

I selected the Expedia option, got my voucher and had to click through the first direct link to Expedia. Trying to book a week away and on comparing it to the "normal" Expedia prices, the voucher turned out to be worth £30! Tried looking at alternative holidays and the best I could get was it being worth £62 on a weekend in Germany. Wrote to First Direct to complain and they have said that the First Direct links and vouchers no longer exist so she credited me with £150 cash instead. Result. Eventually!0
