... and I think a letter to a judge asking for costs due to unreasonable behaviour is definitely worth the price of a first class stamp.

If nothing else it will be another reminder of their bullying/underhand tactics.

What is the formal process to remove a parking agent from patrolling and giving out tickets in a business/residential car park?

My friends at VCS patrol a car park which you need a key to access. I was reassured by the managing agent that they 'didn't patrol the car park' so was shocked to see them last night giving out 'notices' like confetti. The notices they have issued this time are 'privacy notices' which claim 'Images of this vehicle and its registration have been recorded for the purposes of parking enforcement'

Can all residents/business owners club together and get them removed? Is there a legal way to do this?
They cannot do that, as in what are these privacy notices, can we see one?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
