If nothing else it will be another reminder of their bullying/underhand tactics.

I was reassured by the managing agent that they 'didn't patrol the car park' so was shocked to see them last night giving out 'notices' like confetti. The notices they have issued this time are 'privacy notices' which claim 'Images of this vehicle and its registration have been recorded for the purposes of parking enforcement'

Can all residents/business owners club together and get them removed? Is there a legal way to do this?

They cannot do that, as in what are these privacy notices, can we see one?
