So complain to Steve Clark at the BPA that Britannia appeared to close their appeals page early. Just say it, and ask him to investigate and you might be able to appeal as hirer after all:I have searched around and can’t find the actual form. I can only see the online version which won’t let me process.

Send an email to him NOW with a copy of the PCN and a screenshot of the appeal page.
And also post 1st class (NOT RECORDED!!) an appeal in the morning, copying Edna Basher's tried & tested one you will have seen in the NEWBIES thread section about hire cars. No saying who was driving!
No mentioning to Mr Clark that you have posted an appeal, just complain about the online appeal being closed 'early' (yes, I know, Hirer cases only have 21 days but hey, just ignore that and say vaguely that it closed 'early').PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
