Missed BritPark Deadline

Hi,

With Christmas and everything going on, I have missed the 21 days to do a BritPark appeal online. Are there any suggestions on anything else that can be done?

BPA member so there is a 28 day appeal window

was it a windscreen pcn or a postal pcn ?

if its postal and less that 28 days, use the blue text appeal from the NEWBIES thread and appeal as KEEPER, no blabbing about who was driving

If you're talking about Britannia Parking, you should have 28 days to make an initial appeal.

It says 21 days on the letter I was sent. It wasn’t from the windscreen, but came through the post.

Thanks for the link to the information. I have searched around and can’t find the actual form. I can only see the online version which won’t let me process. Any ideas where the paper based form can be found?

make sure you redact your name , address , VRM details and reference number before scanning and uploading

if its a port (harbour) then its likely that BYLAWS apply to anyone parking there (not private parking rules)

if its a BYLAWS issue, the port or harbour have 6 months to take it to MAGISTRATES COURT
