Parcel2Go item Lost in the post

I posted a parcel to Southern Ireland at the start of January via p2go, showed as delivered but finally after 2 weeks it arrived.
Now having another issue with p2go, parcel shows as delivered on Monday by posting through letter box but buyer says it has not arrived. Previously the tracking used to be quite detailed but now shows very little detail. Also usually it arrives within 2-3 days but I wonder if it's been waylaid with the time to deliver?
Previous experience of p2go livechat does not fill me with confidence. last time it was for a parcel they said was bigger than their permitted size, no way could it has been as item was quite small. I sent a pic to complain and appeal but they did not reply.

Sometimes going to the web site of the company that carried the parcel (UPS, DHL, etc) gives more detailed tracking results. You need to use their own tracking number not the P2G.... one. You can find this on the label that you downloaded or in the email from P2G when after you placed your order.

Check if they have a shared letterbox, it could have gone AWOL after delivery.
