    Yeah, I've been reading through the newbies thread and will probably have a go. I was just interested in the outcome because it was exactly the same scenario and location.
    I've just got the faff of it being a company car to play with as well so it'll just be a bit more long winded!

    This scenario is one of the easiest to deal with imo.  The only thing I found even slightly difficult about fighting a hire car PCN was understanding the wording of the POFA 13 & 14.  Short paragraphs but bureaucratic language makes my head hurt.  You'll probably get there much quicker than I did.

    The PPCs never (almost never?) comply with the requirements outlined in the POFA.  Read and digest and go get 'em.  (And read the Newbies' thread / other hire car threads too.)  Why even consider not fighting when the PPC knows they're on shaky ground and is just hoping you don't?
