    Sorry all but i did end up paying this fine
    & for these simple reasons
    1) to stop my partner worring
    2) becasue i had already made several mistakes by appealing & giving my details admitting i was the driver etc
    3) we travel several times per yr with buisness & holidays & if i am out of the uk should court letters come etc as this did happen to me several yrs ago & i lost due to not being in the country at time of case. I have no doubt i will get another fine and will then know NOT to bother replying or admitting anythjng until i re read on this site so again many thanks for all the help & advice & apologies for paying the swines

    If you've paid you have learned an expensive lesson and hopefully you will keep an eye out for predatory parking scammers in the future. If you pick up any more PCNs you know where to come FIRST!
