If you are lucky, your claim will be refused and no further action taken. However, it is clearly fraud - not being able to get a GP appointment is no excuse. I don't know how likely you are to face charges, but you should seek legal advice if you do.0

Hi, I have never been sectioned, but I have seen a community psychiatric nurse, a counsellor & other medical professionals for a number of years.
I have self harmed before, which I stated in the interview. I have suicidak thoughts on a regular basis. I take anti depressants & a sleeping tablet.0 -

Could you have not asked your CPN or Counsellor for a supporting letter to go with your claim form if you were unable to see your GP?0 -
