why not go over to the christmas thread, and take a look at the christmas hampers thread, there are some great home made ones on there.
you could make her a hamper up0 -
how about a meal for 2 hamper - everything they need for a romantic meal? candles, nice table cloth, napkins and napkin rings along with some nice food items? They they could arrange a night when they r both free to use it (and it could be reused). Or if all else fails - a nice scarf
