A bunch of Parking fines

They don't want to hear it, they'll just ignore me for a month and bailiff me... anyway around this? There must be some loophole to stop this robbery? I literally got one for parking somewhere 5 mins... £100, but yeah if not how to I set up payment plans for the pile of parking fines I have? How do I even keep track of them all?

Before they send debt recovery after me (soon)

Post moved to Parking Tickets, fines and Parking for better response.

You'll have to provide much more information before anyone can help you.

A good starting point would be to read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread. Which post on that thread is the most appropriate depends on what stage you are at in this game.

Are these for Council Penalty Charge Notices or Private Parking Charge Notices?

    Which parking company?

How many charges are you dealing with?

    Why so many?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
