Wait to see if the scammers try court. They often do. Read post 2 of the NEWBIES and come back to this thread if that happens.
What on earth did the appeals company put in your appeal that caused it to fail? We need to know if we stand any chance of helping you.

Try a SAR to the PPC - you might unearth it that way. They would have most certainly received a copy.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
