Getting a CCJ marked as paid?

My wife has a ccj against her which she paid a few months ago. The ccj is still showing as active. We have sent a number of emails to the claimant asking them to notify the court that it has been settled but they have refused to do so. I've emailed the courts on her behalf providing electronic proof of payment and asking…

When i paid my CCJ it took nearly two months to be shown as settled. I believe at the time (6 years ago) this was common. Not sure if things have changed
