Will the extra bedroom mean bedroom tax?
Yes it’s HA well he was saying it’s close to family.0 -
Ground floor where I live keep their blinds closed 24/7 to stop passers by looking in. This may not be an issue for you?"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi
Ride hard or stay home :iloveyou:0 -
Top floor if nothing on top, less noise, no water leaks from upstairs bathroom etc
If there is a fire high chance of death!!!
I personally would stop at 3/4th floor as top floor as fire brigade cannot reach above a certain height in the uk. Also unlike countries like Russia or USA where there are firefighting helicopters we don’t have such essentials in the uk0 -

I think that’s verging on paranoid.
Yes grenfell was a terrible tragedy, it people are killed on the roads most days but we don’t stop using them.
Your very unlikely to get burgled on the top floor.
Main downside i can see if you’ll have to wait for the lift and if it breaks get up/down under your own steam.
That’s probably something I’d put up with.
We did have our lift break when we had holiday suitcases but we are on the second floor.
You have to weigh up consequences and likelihood, so grenfell had terrible consequences but is very unlikely.0 -
