Better view?
Heat rises - might be warmer?
Good excercise walking up....
Away from street level - quieter?
No one above walking across your ceiling noisily.
Better security - only cat-burgalrs can get in.0 -

Well there is 14th floor
Plus it has lift you right good exercise but I’m already going to gym
You right better security0 -
Is this owned or rented?
I thought it was hard to get mortgages above a certain height?
Which would be a major disadvantage if owned.
Another disadvantage is that it’s a pain of the lift breaks which at happen when you have a large suitcase.0 -
Indeed.Another disadvantage is that it’s a pain of the lift breaks which at happen when you have a large suitcase.
Suitcases frequently cause lifts to break. I understand it's connected to the electro-magnetic hypo-burble that is incorporated into the locks of most suitcases these days.0 -

Is it council or HA? Why does the person on the 13th floor want to swap?
Will the extra bedroom mean bedroom tax?0 -
In my area ground floor flats are worth more than the ones above it due to the average age of the local population.0
