has anyone go experience of ee-flex.
was debating sim only, contract or payg, this seems like a kind of mix. but i cant see whether its any better or worse than the other choices.
feeling a little bamboozled by all the choices

Spend a few minutes to work it out.
Find out how many minutes / text and Internet you need.
What network work for you. Rember some network may have weak signal.
What phone you need. Have 2 or 3 in mind. May be play with the phones to make sure you are happy with the size and screen.
This is the hard part: Look for a best deal either sim only or with phone. Recently some planes work out cheaper with phone contract. Rember SIM only is not always the cheapest.
Get the price for sim only contract and the price of the phone.
For example price of phone/24 plus monthly cost of sim only.
Compre this with the monthly contract with the phone. Also rember for sim only you will need to pay the full price of the phone in one go.0 -
I know which network and phone i want, and how much data etc i need. I just cant work out whether i am better with sim only, payg or ee-flex. i'd never heard of it before and cant decide if its a better choice than the others0

Why complicate such a simple matter?!headsashed wrote: »was debating sim only, contract or payg,...0 -

Surely if there was anything "best" for everybody, all people would be using this only option.0 -
How much can you buy the handset for? Then add the cost of a SIM only deal. What extra will the flex contract cost over SIM only+handset? Simples.
But, as so often, I agree with grumbler, there is no such thing as a best deal for everyone.0 -
Flex looks to be a form of SIM only PAYG, the £10/month and £15/month packages look reasonable. Compare them to the Giff Gaff “Goody Bags” and Three contract prices. 1000 mins/month of calls will probably be sufficient for all except the most talkative, data use depends on having access to home or free WiFi, etc. The more expensive Three contracts include “Go Binge” for unlimited TV viewing via TVPlayer.
