  • Right, I know I am not replying to Parking Eye, I was just using the template as an example.

    I am getting confused now I have read through so many threads I just need to know what to do. The newbies thread is so ling and so many different scenarios.

    post #15 told you to do an LBC rebuttal to GLADRAGS , denying the alleged debt, plus you ask for all the evidence as per the PaP oct2017 that as solicitors they are aware of

    this is just email tennis, the hors douevres prior to the main course, a bit of jousting by email

    the real test of your research skills on here will come when the court claim arrives in the post from the Northampton CCBC


    when you post your proposed draft, you need to ensure its not just a copy and paste job, but that YOU have altered it to suit YOUR circumstances, because copying an old out of date template addressed to the wrong claimant wont help, because you will get slated for it


    when we see a draft, we expect that it is what you deem to be ready to send off, with all your changes and corrections already done , not that old Parking Eye rubbish that is years out of date
