for the first time after purchasing many contracts through cpw, I've had my first transaction for a purchase last month declined. Surprising they've declined it very quickly. I've followed it up with a enquiry in quidco but doubt there is much they can do with it.

Pretty disappointed as used to rate cpw but ever since they introduced pricematch on e2save/osps and the virgin fiasco i'm loosing confidence in their ability to look after "their" customers.

p.s. cashback claims to dunstable and now being redirected to southampton (with a 2/3 week delay). So if you have a claim to go to cpw send it to their southampton address instead.

my dude's showed as declined then afterwards was fine no idea why, but its only now since june i believe that his money has actually been paid out

I don't know myself, there is no reason (or is there?) given in quidco for being declined. I'm thinking they might play the not completed wholly online as I called them to check stock status. But in the past that hasnt prevented quidco coming through.
