Buymobiles.net not delivering phone

Dear Sirs
On the 26th November, the black Friday deal, I ordered two mobiles through buy mobiles.net. with a contract through Vodaphone
I ordered two phones, one for me and one for my daughter.
My daughters phone finally arrived after an initial credit check decline which I was able to put right but the second phone did not arrive and has still not arrived.
I have contacted both Buymobiles and Vodaphone and got absolutely nowhere although one of the calls with buy mobiles.net they said my phone would arrive December 21st!
Initially buy mobiles said it was Vodaphone's fault and nothing I could do. I contacted Vodaphone who said it was Buy Mobiles fault and nothing they could do
I persevered and then Buy mobiles said I had failed the credit check for this second phone (even though they had given me one phone already,) I contacted Vodaphone who said I had not failed a credit check and they gave me the account no and credit reference to give to Buy mobiles which I duly did.
I contacted buy mobiles again and gave them the account details and credit check reference to say my credit rating was OK and approved by Vodaphone.
This has gone on and on, buy mobiles say I have failed 2 credit checks and they will not do any more and they are cancelling the order and I have spoken to Vodaphone so many times who say I have passed all their credit checks and they are happy for me to have a phone on my existing line
Can anyone advise please? Do I give up on the phone or do I persevere?

Ever heard "computer says NO"?
Stop wasting your time on idiots at MPD and move on. Luckily it's not the only company selling mobile phones.

Vodafone don't allow someone to get another contract until 90 days' after the first (doubt it's changed); sounds like Buymobiles may be correct to me. Either way you'll need to give up on the second contract - see what's on offer with Vodafone 90 days' after the last application or go to another network (may have been a lucky escape anyway as you may find out on the first completed contract).
