My sincere apologies but I either am not looking at the correct NEWBIES Thread or I am just not understanding what I am reading.

From what I can tell, where it says "that if my case isn't listed", means I have not read the part where it lists possible reasons for making an appeal.

Feel daft asking but can anyone help me on this.
If it's any consolation I'm irritating myself, sorry.

The Keeper sends the appeal template in blue from post 1 of the NEWBIES. There is only one template. The NEWBIES can be seen by clicking on the link you were given earlier, a few threads down from the top of the page.

If there is an option to select Other, then that's what you use as you reason for the appeal.
Any other option that does not involve admitting to being the driver will do if that isn't possible.

The initial appeal is only to get a PoPLA code from a BPA member. It serves no other purpose other than making sure the driver isn't identified. It will most likely be rejected. It may not even be read.

Just for information. If a car is stopped for half an hour but the driver doesn't get out, it's called parking, even if the engine is running.
