Except according to the OP they reported the fault before they even bought the phone.Silent_Dancer wrote: »If you informed them of the fault after only 4 days then you should be able to get a refund.0 -
What was the nature of this complaint?[Deleted User] wrote:Okay, my original complaint was actually 4 days after the phone purhcase, and i had no reply from them
You could well send them a copy of this complaint and make the case you are now proposing to us here... They will naturally look to pick it apart and may focus on things like:
- Did you send the complaint after 4 days to a "noreply@" inbox?
- Did you send your complaint to the retailer or the manufacturer or someone else?
- Were you just being cranky "this phone is rubbish!" and not asking for anything in particular.
- Why you didn't follow up the issue until after 6 weeks, when presumably the phone has been unusable?
Need a bit more from you to help

I had problems with a Samsung s 4 a few years ago and I rang them as soon as I noticed the issue which was within a day and I have to say they arranged for a replacement. If you have evidence of the complaint being made within 4 days hopefully you might be able to get them to replace it. I would say either phone or actually I have found tweeting to help x0
