The idea is to state something like

Here is the quote, or the judges stated and then the quote, so that a hard pressed judge reading quickly doesn't think it's an order, so you would be burying the quote inside the statement within the same paragraph

I never said I agreed with the way it was written by cm, who may have wrote it quickly, but I do agree with everything else she wrote in those abuse of process paragraphs but because of the way it starts a new paragraph in everyone's copy and paste instead of being contained within a paragraph it doesn't seem right to most of us on here

I have seen numerous posts that say it should be defined more, but only cm can edit her words and she was absent from here due to holidays etc

You asked for opinions, you have been given them by regulars here, we all have different opinions and I believe a small change to the start of that paragraph is required

I am rapidly becoming disillusioned with this forum due to too many newbies arguing with regulars and ignoring sage advice

If everyone who normally contributes to this forum boycotted the forum it would grind to a halt, my one rule in life is tell people something once, politely, the second time I remind them that they have been told previously, the 3rd time or more and the kid gloves come off, hence why I said I would ignore this thread from now on, which I will do because in my opinion you are failing to take sage comments onboard despite their good intentions

If a judge admonishes you for that paragraph you will wish you had added some extra words

Super, thanks, I will amend that bit. I am somewhat concerned by its length but at least VCS will look really stupid if their reply says that it is "embarrassing for its lack of particularity" LOL


I'll send it with that amendment and look forward to seeing what VCS have to say!
