Christmas will come early for 10 lucky winners who will each have £1000 to spend in a store of their choice in our magical shopping spree competition. Have you picked up your magical pixie dust envelope from your local Disney Store? I've copied the T & C here as sometimes when a comp ends the T & C are removed & it is sometimes handy (for an MSE winner ) to be able to refer back to them.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion begins on 3rd November 2007 and ends on 9th December 2007.

2. The free prize draw is open to UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) residents aged 18 years or over and to those under 18 with parental consent, excluding employees and their families of Disney Store, its associated companies, agents, contractors or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain authorisation from a parent or guardian before entering this competition and must provide an e-mail address for their parent or guardian as a condition for entry. The Promoter reserves the right to request evidence of such authorisation and to invalidate entries or the prize winner(s) if the appropriate authorisation is or was not provided.

3. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Instructions for participation form part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Only one entry per person allowed for the promotion. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted into the draw and assessment.

5. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 9th December 2007.

6. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw. To enter the draw, go online to www.disneystore.co.uk/experiencethemagic where you can register to enter the competition using a competition code. To obtain the competition code either visit one of the stores to pick up a Pixie Dust envelope which will contain a code or go Online between 3rd November 2007 and 9th December 2007 to www.disneystore.co.uk/experiencethemagic and obtain a code.

7. Disney Store will not accept responsibility for any incomplete, lost, illegible or damaged entries.

8. Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without any additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.

9. There are 10 prizes each consisting of a five minute opportunity for the winners to complete a shopping spree in the Disney store closest to the winner’s home address. The maximum value of goods which may be collected during the spree is £1000. Each spree will take place on a date to be agreed between the Promoter and the winner.
10. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. Prizes must be taken as stated. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winners will be picked at random from all of the entries received.

12. Winners, or their parents or guardian, will be notified in the first instance by post, email or telephone by 15th December 2007. If no response is received within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random. Prize winners should allow at least 4 weeks from the closing date for fulfilment of their prizes. Shopping spree arrangements to be agreed with individual winners subject to normal store opening times and availability.

13. The winners’ name and counties can be obtained by sending an SAE to Disney Store Marketing, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9PE after 14 February 2008.

14. Personal Information about prize winners and entrants will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15. The Promoter of this competition is The Disney Store Limited, registered address 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9PE.
