I know you know all this, but wow, it makes no sense at all to agree to PAY that, in order to adversely vary your leases and accept a parking management scam that will then seek to penalise you on top (and by varying the leases they would have you over a barrel).
I hope all the residents feel the same?

a lot of residents emailed management company refusing parking enforcement on the and up to now that enforcement didn't start although they said it's going to start last month.0 -

Received a court letter about discontinued the case as below link

and the court mentioned that application need to be made which I think that is invitation from court to send costs application.
I would like to ask do I need to pay any court fees for that application or just serve the costs application to court.
