Found another CCJ on my credit score

Hi All
Just found another CCJ on my credit score dated Nov. 2017 from pcm for pcn on January 2015.
My previous set aside case was before Nov. 2017 so pcm / Gladstones knew my new address but chose to serve the claim form to my old address plus I already informed them about my new address before moving.
That was hired company car so they got address from myself not from DVLA
Now could please some one from my friends here guide me for how to fill N244 form as can't find complete guide for that.
also do I need to attache Witness Statement or Statement of case and what is the different between them.
I understand from the threads I don't need to send any evidence up to hearing time, is that right?.
Thanks

Go and see a solicitor and discuss with them about claiming for damages due to their misuse of the court process. Claim will be against PCM and not Gladstones as G are just the monkey here.
If G were behind it, then that is an issue for PCM to sort out as a separate issue.
If you just !!!!! around, you can expect more of the same treatment from PCMThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Thanks for advice but I need to set aside the default order 1s and still got no clear answer for my question above as that stuff still confused me.0 -

Hi all again
Received a letter from dcbl although the set aside application transferred to local court for direction. Can I complain to court and asking to hold any action up to the outcome of the trial. Please help of how to do that.
dcbl for my other case which won £1500 refused to enforce the court order because pcm applied for appeal. I think dcbl should do the same with me or that meaning they are taking pcm side.

I think it's not enforcement action letter it's just from dcbl debt recovery department, is it?

I think they tried to increase the debt to reach to £600 by adding debt recovery fees but they still below that.
