  • You might also check out the mortgage payment calculator on the Skipton site for a forward look - there is an overpayment calculator but also a payment calculator (with a graph where you can toggle the payment amount and duration) here

    Just updated for the 25th. Nearly £22k already paid this year. I can't believe it. This time next year it will be completely paid off, fingers crossed.

    Congratulations on clearing your mortgage Radish:T:T:T must be a wonderful feeling.

    Just sent in an update in for chart #3 very much under target so far but still plodding on. Just broke the £50k owed barrier and the current balance is £49012.

    Work is making massive changes to our pension scheme so once that's all settled I may have to have a rejiggle of figures and see where i'm at..

  • Just made my last OP of the month, and submitted my chart update.

    After my credit card shuffling shenanigans, my actual mortgage balance is just £6980! But I am including the CC balances too, which makes it £14280.
    MFiT-T5 #52 - aiming to clear mortgage completely
    January 2019: £19620 ~ November 2021: £0.00!
