#4 here. Submitted July form. Mortgage balance now stands at £109,000. So that’s a £6,406 reduction over the past three months, an £11,200 reduction since the start of this challenge and a total £141,000 reduction over the past six and a half years since the mortgage started Thanks,0

Sorry Trix,
I have just submitted the form with a revised number, managed to forget an OP we had made!
Will add a link to my OP/mortgage spreadsheet to fill the form in when it is October.
Thank you for running this challenge.06/06/2023 mortgage mort dateJUST BRING IT0 -
I sent through a chart update, although I'm hoping to make another overpayment after we get paid on the 25th
Too late for this update though! Either way, we are all on track. I've got to admit, seeing the figures in April gave me a much-needed kick in the bum, and made me realise we need to aim for higher OPs each month in order to hit the total after three years. So this challenge is useful already!

Hope it's not too late for me to join this challenge! I'm about to start a £180,000 mortgage with a 30 year term. Needless to say we want to pay this off a lot quicker than that! Aiming to reduce the balance to £160,000 by January 2022, which is the balance it should be in 5 years with only the standard repayments.
I've submitted the registration form so looking forward to starting on my MFW journey!0 -
Just sent my update. We started the year at 42k now at 29k. This feels like a real accomplishment.0
