Universal credit, do sanctions continue after winning WCA?

Hello there, I've been struggling to find an answer to this anywhere, so hopefully someone can help. My understanding is that under the old system, if you had sanctions on JSA but then won ESA the sanctions you had on JSA would not effect the ESA payments. Would that be covered by LCW?

Yep! Those are sanctions for not meeting the work search conditions, which you are not expected to do if you are in LCW. If those are the only sanctions on your claim a LCW award should allow you to get them all overturned.
