ADVICE NEEDED!! Miss Sold Utility Warehouse

I am after some advice if possible, I recently signed up to an all in one package for mobile (which I did not need but was told I needed for the savings) telephone and broadband plus gas and electricity by UW.

I was told I needed all services to qualify for their savings and also get free bulbs and a smart meter. To date the smart meter has not been fitted as nobody is doing it in my area even though I was told it would be done almost right away.

Whats more is I am paying £10 for a mobile SIM I do not need but was told I had to have, I am paying around £9 per month more for phone and BB than other competitors could offer, and my gas and electricity charges per KW/H are basically the same as any other supplier of not more?!

I feel I have been proper done here?

How can I get away from them as I have complained but it just falls on deaf ears?
