The weight watchers recipe looks lovely, and guilt free, so you can have a larger chocolate cup!

I have the ice shot glass moulds and I am wondering what would be the best chocolate to use. I can obviously be done as you can buy them in shops ready made.

Anyone any ideas on the best choc to use?
I hade some dark choc that is 74% but it is so bitter I had to chuck it :(

    Baileys Chocolate Cups

just read this......... You can order Baileys Chocolate Cups from Diageo (who own the Baileys Brand) for £19.99 for 116 cups - this is a kit meant for Pubs so I ordered them and gave a fake pub name and they sent them out to me at my home address. Call 0845 658 9666 they will ask you for the name of your outlet (make one up!) and also where you buy your spirits - say Matthew Clarke - pay my debit or credit card. These are the best value as most others are about £10 for 6/8.

  • I bought this mould in M&S sale after Christmas but haven't tried making any yet either in ice or chocolate but I agree they probably take a fair amount of chocolate to fill. I just use Tesco value milk chocolate :)

  • If you still think yo'd like to buy rather than make, I found a little cornish place who handmake them... plus they're a LOT cheaper than iwantonofthose!
They're from Kernow Harvest and you can buy them in milk or plain choc or a mix...12 for £5.95 or 6 for £3.25 (the postage is pretty standard at £2.50 if you're buying one - I got 2 packs and paid £4 postage).
Worth a go at that price :)
