What a fabulous idea. I plan for christmas day to do several desserts, including THE pudding, I fancy making the chocolate pots then serving them with white chocolate mousse inside and decorated with berries. Will need to find a slightly bigger mould as my lot have big appetites for dessert. Catering for 12-14 so will be able to make the pot ahead won't I?

Marks and spencers are selling mini dark chocolate cups 99p for 12 designed for desserts but ideal shape and size to use for liquers and a lot less trouble and probably cheaper than making your own Kathy:T

Sent DD to M&S to fetch some more chocolate cups now £1.99 must have been introductory price before but still cheaper than online prices:eek:
  • I think a trip to M & S is called for, the choccie cups sound great. Thanks to everyone for their ideas but I have to say at £1.99 M & S seems like the most practical option!

I have a recipe for Bailey's mousse - it is in one of the Sainbury's leaflets I picked up... will try and find it and post it here for you.

That does sound yummy but think I'd need a big chocolate mug of baileys mousse rather than a wee shot glass

    Please post the recipe Nyla
