If $60 a year is cheap enough then I'd rent a VPS and host it yourself if you have the know-how. That way you can always use the server for other things if you need them in the future - free SSL, email, file-hosting etc.0

I recommend https://www.bestwebhosting.co.uk - been using them for a few years now and very happy overall, they start at £2.99 a month.
