The physio I’m seeing (thank you NHS) has devised me an exercise program. I have to use their app to report back and that makes me quite accountable I find. Therefore it’s like a free gym/exercise class type session. So I feel like that’s very MSE. :D

Found out that it’s way more MSE to go shopping on my own. I don’t have to buy things to make my youngest conform or to feed him. I got round 3 different shops in an hour and spent less than £90 despite buying DS2 a new coat (he destroyed the last one) and the boys some Xmas presents.

Now just need to stop DH buying random sh14 that we end up wasting because we already have food in and no space in the freezer!

Have a free hello fresh box being delivered tomorrow. So hopefully that will save some money on groceries this week.

Has anyone heard of this: @airtimerewards and get free credit using my code 8PDCBJK8 https://airtimerewards.app.link/friend

Basically you link your card and when you shop you earn discount off your phone bill, without having to scan receipts or anything. I’ve added my referral code here in case you want to try it. We both get £1 knocked off our phone bills if you sign up using my referral code.

A couple of my friends have used it and have managed to reduce their phone bills. So I figure every little helps right?

Eek! The MSE energy club has alerted me to the fact I could save money if I switch, compared to the tariff I'm on now.

    The options are:
    1. People's Energy - Saving 116 per year, Early Exit Fee 60, fixed 12 mths.
    2. Utility Point - Saving 62 per year, Early Exit Fee 72, fixed 12 mths.
    3. iSupplyEnergy - Saving 29 per year, Early Exit Fee 60, fixed 12 months

Has anyone used any of these. I've not heard of any of them. I'm currently with Arvo and have no exit fees, fixed until Oct 2020.

The above deals have gone now for the most part.
People's Energy remains but having reviewed their reviews, I'm going to stay clear.
The next best is So Energy who I'm a past customer of and was very satisfied with them, but it's only a saving of 21 per year (only after given cashback), early exit fee of 10, fixed for 12 months.

So I think I"m just going to stay as I am for now.
