Twinklie returns - debt free by 2020?

So I had a diary on here a million years ago. Since then I've had 2 children, moved around a bit and FINALLY we bought our forever home. I'd love to pay down my mortgage to become mortgage free and do have a diary to this effect. We've taken the mortgage out over 19 years rather than 25 in order to force us to OP.
However, I still have some debts that need to be paid off and would like a little motivation in doing this and building savings at the same time. I don't want to turn my mortgage free thread into a paying down debts thread so thought I would start one here.
Current outstanding debt is as follows at the start of 2019:
Repayment of maternity leave - 503.26
Credit Card - 598.74
Tax Credits OP - 480
Loan - 1,627
Current total debt at the start of January 2019 = 3,209
So today I've created a spending diary to keep track of monthly/annual spending and plan to use this to help me firm up what I'm spending and cut back where we've got a bit spendy. To be honest I don't know what our outgoings are yet because of only just moving house (I've done the utility swap etc though), so will need to keep a close eye on it.
I'll be honest, this last month we've spent way too much on unnecessary excess, but I guess it's that time of year. We've also got a few things we want to buy for the house to help keep things in the correct place. DS1 is autistic so order and things having a clear place to live are very important to us. At the minute we don't have that and his independence has taken a step back (what little he has anyway).
Our car is super old and is likely to need replacing this year so although I'm hoping to be debt free at the end of 2019 (minus student loans and mortgage), it's likely we'll have to take out a loan for a new car. Forced to buy July 19.
Lets see what 2019 brings...hope you will join me on my journey.

It was a spendy day though. Took the kids for haircuts, DS2's feet have grown so had to get him some new shoes (got some in the sale though :money:). Then the boys decided they were starving so ended up spending 6 quid in a cafe for drinks and snacks. Also ordered and paid for the new kettle and toaster for collection on Saturday.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Spent £6.40 at my friends kids christening. Didn’t think that was too bad for drinks for the 3 of us.

Works gone ok, new system has been introduced which is going to take some getting used too I think! So it’s kept me pretty busy.
Weekly shops been done and managed to keep it to £60 with some bulk buys of toilet roll/toothpaste etc. Did have lunch there though.
Managed to sell another few bits (all dog stuff, since our dog died 3 years ago). Think I’ve made the decision not to do any overtime this month. I just don’t think I have it in me. Why on earth I feel guilty about this decision is beyond me!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Thanks Choccygirl, I'm loving decluttering (and the extra money too). To be honest, most of it that's left is baby stuff (hopefully getting rid of lots next weekend) and DH's stuff. He's shocking at getting rid of stuff...but he's trying.
We'll get there. Then we need to streamline the kids toys etc once we've done ours. However, I have hubby well trained - he's just spent some money on some very reduced priced lego sets for he eldest. We'll give him some for his birthday (Sept) and/or Christmas. I'm so glad he's getting on board with shopping throughout the year.
Still, I think his spending is a bit out of control this month! So my spending diary may well show us as in the red for the month! I hope not. :doh:Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
