    He'll need to tell his.

Not necessarily i was hit by someone years ago exchanged details and got a phone call from her insurance next day, saying don't worry well sort it all out including hire car and paperwork

Just last year my van was hit and i went through a claims management company as the driver wouldn't accept liability, and was told we will sort your insurance claim for you

Should i have contacted my insurance and risk my premium going up.....like hell

This could come back and bite tou in the backside,
If you have an at fault accident, your name comesup in an investigation as you had a previous accident, documented because a cmc worked for you.
Ha, non disclosure means your insurance is void, if you hit me or mine i would have your house off you.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

It is looking like it will go that way but as it was near Xmas I tried to be understanding
So you want to add them to the (probably) hundreds of thousands of people enjoying lower premiums than they are entitled to due to under-reporting (at the expense of everyone else)?

What would you have done if you were subsequently involved in a serious collision and they cancelled your cover for non disclosure?

Maybe a few quid rise would be better than losing your home.

So you're admitting to insurance fraud when you renewed the policy?

When the first person hit me i was told by their insurance "Don't worry well sort everything out"

When the second person hit me and decided to try and wriggle out accepting liability the CMC told me "We will sort your insurance claim out for you"

What have i done wrong...i gave them both my insurance details

    Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to get some advice A DPD driver reversed into my parked car and broke my front bumper and external temp sensor. He asked to pay for the damages and has claimed he has bought a bumper for the replacement. I was wondering how long I have to claim to in case he is just trying to pass this.

    Any advice would be great!

Is this a windup.....he's bought a bumper but is he going to spray paint it,fit it,fit new sensor and check everything

I presume he is a self employed driver and not employed directly by DPD

If your car is almost new or very good condition go via his or your insurance company and save yourself a load of hassle

Glad you explained that. I thought that a DPD driver was Drunk, Pi**ed and Deadly, but maybe he was that as well!
