I am seeing a lot of website proclaiming that they can bypass the iphone activation lock. Most seem to be talking about so called man in the middle solutions whereby the iphone is misdirected not to apples activation server but to another one which presumably seeks to replicate the actions of apples server??
Is this real or just a scam?
Just a few tips for those who have iphones...
Make a note of your IMEI number and srial number.
Register your device and indeed any other valuables on the immobilise website to which police forces have access.
https://www.immobilise.com
Ensure that you have the find my phone location services switched on on your phone.
Ensure that you know how to log in to your icloud account, how to use find my phone and how to initiate the "lost phone" actions.
Consider marking the back of your phone with a contact no /email or stick a label on it with details.
If your phone goes missing, DO NOT delete it as a device on your icloud record.

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

I'm assuming scam , there are ways to temporarily bypass ( but these get closed by iOS updates so may stop being useable )
Any time the phone is connected to iTunes or Apple store it will lock again as their servers hold the master listEx forum ambassador

Apple produce a white paper on security, good reading:
