I see individual pouches for sale, do they work?
Plus is there a larger version I can hang by my front door for several sets of car keys?

As for a larger version - a metal box/tin with a lid should work.0 -
My keys live in an old biscuit tin when the car is parked up...0

Just put them in a bag, after all the majority of stolen cars are not keyless!
Car on the drive or road? it will get seen by passerby's (some of whom maybe thieves ).
The potential thief isn't going to know if the car is keyless or not until they get pretty close to the vehicle, at that point they decide which method of extraction they will use.
A visible deterrent may lead them to decide on choosing another vehicle.0 -
Seems to me this whole "special wallet" thing that you need to take out and remove them from to use kinda spoils the point of keyless entry in the first place.0

i use one of the wallets for my keyless key when I not using the car - as keyless cars where being stolen around here when I first got ours. When the keys are inside, the car will not open it doesnot recognise that the key is present - for a few pounds I spent on it, it gives me a bit more peace of mind. When in doors the key pouch resides in a drawer in the dining room or if we are away in the safe.Fibro-Warrior0

Judging by numerous posts by police forces, they hunt in teams of two or three and go looking for keyless entry and go cars specifically, passing by cars that are normal remotes.
They (theives) know that the police will spend less time investigating a car theft via RF repeater than one done by breaking into a house to steal the keys.
Why risk breaking a car window and getting past an alarm and immobiliser when you can just stand by the front door of the house and boost the RF signal from the key to your pal standing by the car?
Cars (except most keyless entry models) are a lot more secure these days and those that dont have keyless entry are not targeted as much as those with Keyless Entry0 -

Not really, only keep it in the pouch at home when car not being used. When I go out in the car, I just take the key out of the pouch and put in pocket, then get all benefits of keyless.0 -

Sadly every car stolen from people I know NONE were keyless, and thefts I read about on FB and in the local paper, NONE mention keyless was in issue, car theft hasn't suddenly arrived since the introduction of keyless.0 -

Probably why they tend to go for the higher end stuff, more chance of keyless being present regardless of trim as it will be standard spec.. But people do spot/know - I was warned by a colleague who could tell the trim of my car by the alloys and told me I was at risk of the keyless trick. I already knew.
I keep saying I'll buy a steering wheel lock. Gonna have a look now.0
