you spent quite a bit of time discussing your impending deals the other day.

If everybody wants to post about every customer service phone call they make, we'll be snowed under.

There are already threads that answer your questions, as you already acknowledge. Cancel these two deals if you do not want them, in advance of the 3 months. Just call your bank and cancel the 2 direct debits.

If someone asks a question I can help with I'll answer but I won't trouble other members with things I can sort out myself, so we don't need updates on all mobile orders, as you suggest

I think you've got the wrong end of the stick Andy - it's not the point that CPW have taken over OSPS, CPW are now doing billing on this deal instead of Vodafone!

Darren that does not affect the quality of the phone calls or the value of the contract, so it isn't a pejorative point.
