Well if they haven't I doubt they'll be using a computer, or receiving the MSE email. A truly dreadful video IMO.
  • Remember all you moneysavers....
A package or parcel weighing approx 1.25kg and under 1.5kg,sent with the post office can cost you
about £4.95 to send(UK MAINLAND), and it may not go insured for that price.
Oh and you will have to take it there.Nice queues these days.
Worth looking at the royal mail prices before you decide to send that item.

I have nothing to do with these below but I always us them

    So what's the solution.....
Well payperdrop website will arrange collection with DHL at either your home or work for just £4.99 and you can send up to 31.5kg(Uk Mainland) with a maximum dimension of 1200 x 600 x 600 and insured up to £100.(You can also buy more insurance cover if you like).Website is very easy to follow and payment is through paypal.
The weight can be approximate providing it's under the recommended weight.LXHXD will be required too.
If you want to know the weight but your parcel is too wide or awkward for your scales then stand on your scales and try and hold the parcel. Then deduct just your weight from the combined weight.

Your parcel is also Fully Tracked all the way. Each scanning point you know where it is.

There price is for 1-2 day service but most times it arrives within the 1 day remit.

Oh and the offer is ongoing and I think it will be going well into December and is £1 cheaper than their usual Ebay price.

Still going to use the post office now?
  • That video makes me want to kill myself!

I really can't recommend Payperdrop at the moment - I've used them in the past and they have been great but I booked a collection for Tuesday and 4 days later the parcel has still not been collected despite numerous calls to Payperdrop who keep promising they will arrange for it to be collected each day!!! I now see on another thread that they have informed some customers that they are suspending service so I'm afraid I'm off to the postoffice with my parcel tomorrow.

Firstly welcome to MSE.I have had a good run through PPD feedback and do see that some customers have had a problem regarding their insurance claims. That said alot of customers have shown to be satisfied but I guess that's until something goes wrong.
I see that their feedback is below powerseller status.I use the classified advert on their website and pay £1 less without feedback.

I see one of their customers has quoted in their feedback 'court action' and I
have sent them an email if they got any success.

Can you send me the thread? Thanks
