You will see my post under 'Christmas' describing an underweight and poorly butchered "large" turkey (I have a series of photographs including one of my scales being calibrated). I paid £79 (a reduction of £40) for a 5 kg Gressingham bird, available from Ocado for less than £30. The sausages, sausage-meat and bacon would have been < £10 at my local butcher.
