Sorry to hear about the sciatic pain shariann. Hope the yoga helps. Cant wait to hear all about it. :D
Will be back later to add my bits and bobs.

Thanks. It was good but has made me realise how unfit I am  it has definitely helped with the sciatica already though as I managed to get out of bed without hurting myself this morning :rotfl:

Sorry to hear about the sciatica. I hope the yoga and the walks will help. Sending hugs x. I've never had sciatica but I do get neuralgia from time to time especially when I've been outside in very cold conditions. I wrap a thick scarf round my lower face and mouth when I go out, I must look like a bank robber:rotfl: but it doesn't always help. The worst thing is getting complacent when the pain stops and doesn't return for weeks, maybe months. I think it's cured for good but then I get a really bad attack as I've been having on and off since Christmas:eek:. Can't sleep much, have lost all interest in eating and am really grumpy. I dread to think how I'd cope if I had to endure continual pain like lots of brave and stoical people manage to do:o

Thanks cbc. Sorry to hear that you are suffering atm and hope you feel better soon xx

    Hi all.
Please can I join in with this. I already attempt to make £10 per day but think this forum might help me with motivation and keeping track of how I am doing.

So I would like to go for £10 per day starting tomorrow (so £220 for January)

I will include survey earnings (YouGov and Populus), cash back from shopmium and profit from selling stuff on eBay. Also I sometimes sell some craft type stuff so I will include that.

Welcome to the thread :hello: and good luck with the challenge. What kind of craft stuff do you sell?
