in that case they believe the vehicle was registered to you by the DVLA, they do not know or care who owned the vehicle, even if it was Barclays Bank or Nissan Finance , or mum or dad
you were the RK at the time the pcn,s were issued, and they also believe that you were the driver as well
careful wording is essential, so although you may think we are being pedantic, we arent
a car can have the following who may all be different people
owner - named on the bill of sale
registered keeper (named on the V5C)
keeper
occupant of the vehicle (any passenger including the above and below)
driver (actuallly drove the vehicle and parked it)
they would like you to be ALL of the above, so there is no doubt0 -

You've done the SAR so the only thing to do at this stage is rebut the assertion, but you already know that.
There is guidance in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread on how you might go about that.0 -
Can anyone inform me of any figures relating to how many people Britannia have actually taken to court? I've found a few links and people saying that they have only ever taken a few to court - however the linked website it dead.0

Several recently have started to get claim forms (previously never from Britannia), so you should read those threads and learn from them, and you will be much more prepared than you seem to be so far.
Research is key, and a well-prepped poster is easier for us to advise how to win.
Wouldn't it be easier to just search the forum to find out an approx number of threads you see when you search Britannia BW Legal claim as your keywords? That will show you the current state of play, and on this forum we beat BW Legal 99% of the time, almost none are lost.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, quick update on this case.
Since my letter of claim I have been emailing back and forth with BW Legal arguing my case and explaining how the construction work going on in the car park at the time severely affected the signage. I've done the SAR and everything from my side. Now- They have gone quiet for over a month . Any advice as to what to do now?0 -
Nothing. You're awaiting their next move.Any advice as to what to do now?
I've taken for granted that you are studying the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 which guides you right through the court process? Being one step ahead of the game prepares you for any next move they make. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
