Need help with correspondence I received back

This is the email I received back. What do I do now?
Good afternoon!
Thank you for your email, which we notice is an internet template.!
I can confirm that if the drivers details are not provided, we will continue to pursue you, as the registered keeper of the vehicle under the Protection of Freedoms Act.!
Please be advised that this Parking Charge Notice was affixed to the vehicle on 13/11/2018, this outlined the appeals process and reduced payment time frames.!
I can confirm that the time to appeal or pay the reduced and original balances has now passed and our instruction remains to pursue the outstanding balance of £124.00.!
Please contact our offices to arrange payment.!
In the absence of payment, this account will be left to progress accordingly.!
Kind regards
Lucie

with out knowing further details it is hard to advise further ...
who is the PPC?
where did this dastardly deed take place ?
did you add any thing to the template like your name ?
this is probably a fishing trip to get the drivers name ....

Hi thank you for reply
I was parking on private land for around 10 mins as my daughter was in labour. I had a permit to park on the street however it was full. The temple letter says to put your name and address on it however they already had this info as they wrote to me. I have not said who was driving. The company is Samsons Car Parks.0 -
There is no such parking company as Samsons car parks. Is that a location?
What is the name of the company that sent you that letter?
Edit sorry yes an IPC member is Samsons Ltd I guess it's them?
If so follow the advice in the Newbies thread as to IPC members.0 -
The email was from customerservices@ipaymypcn.net
Which is on the letter SCP Samsons Car Parks this company is based in addlestone Surrey.
I was parked in Bedford. Bedfordshire0 -
Further correspondence with this lot will be futile. Be prepared to be bombarded with debt collectors letters. This is nothing to worry about.
Ignore everything from debt collectors. Despite their letters looking and sounding scary they are actually powerless to do anything.
You do need to respond to a letter before claim or court papers though. A genuine letter before claim will have forms in it. Debt collectors letters don't have forms to fill out.
If you get one come back to this thread for further advice.0 -
Thank you so much yes the letter i recieved was from Samsons Car Parks so I replied via email with the template letter on this site to the email address that was provided on the letter from Samsons Ltd. SCP I will wait till I recieve the letter you said above with forms attached.0

If you get one it will be by post not email. You might never get one but they do have up 6 years to launch a claim so if you move be sure to let them know.
This is a pretty small fry company who rarely crop up here so predicting what they may do is difficult.0 -
Ok thank you so much for your help. Will keep you updated if I get any such letter0
