No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries January 2019

I had a couple of late UUs in 2018 and my first three items finished this year were a Boots Botanics Radiance Beauty Balm, a 400ml bottle of Dove body lotion and a Bomb Cosmetics bath bomb. I've moved more of my stash into my new place since going home for Christmas so I shouldn't need to buy any more toiletries for quite a while. A recent achievement was finishing up all spare conditioners so that the only one remaining is the one now in use.
I had some INs at Christmas - mostly bath stuff which I'm sadly unable to use at the moment.
January PP
2 x 50ml bottles of Neals Yard shower gel
2 x body lotion (one mini and one full size)
1 x day cream
1 x night cream
1 x deodorant (current one feeling emptier)
1 x 50ml Ted Baker Body Spray
So hopefully I'll have eight UUs this month. No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2019 Total UU since 2016 - 396 | Total February UU - 10 -

1. mac blusher
2. mane and tail conditioner
3. bielinda moisturizer
4. caudlie serum
5. miceullar oil superdrug
7. Sunday Riley Luna
I like the main and tail but the packaging is impossible to open and difficult to shake out the last bit. I love the serum but I need to use it up as I bought it in 2015 and while unused I need to get it used. Luna oil is bright blue and stinks to high heaven.
I went off Mane and Tail because it dried my hair out in the end. I'm using Garnier Herbal Essences Almond and Argan Oil shampoo and conditioner at the moment and really enjoying it. Have cut my hair washing down to twice a week though with a conditioning treatment done in between washes to try and preserve my colour more.
Which MAC blusher are you panning? I don't actually own any of those but have the highlighter in Soft & Gentle.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Is anyone else brave enough to join me in posting a stash list?
Maybe, after the weekend as I need to update my inventory in any event. We are taking Emma back to Uni this weekend so won't have time until Sunday.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. 4. LUSH The Big Sleep Jelly Bomb - this was bought for me for Christmas as a gift. I did chop it up and it was used by myself and Emma over a few baths each. I wouldn't purchase it myself. I prefer bubble bars and I couldn't really detect any scent. Did make my skin feel good though.
This morning I very nearly finished my NARS Orgasm blush. It will be gone tomorrow. I did apply it to my eyes as shadow but then had to put another darker one on top as I looked too orange!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Can I ask what your technique was for chopping it up? I also prefer bubble bars if I'm honest, the smell and feel of them is nicer and they last ages if you really want them to0 -

I posted mine - I think it's on page 1. Luckily (if that is the right word) I have never been massively into make up so don't have a ton of that to contend with!) hair products and moisturisers are my thing but I UU a ton of my moisturiser stash last year by committing to finish one at a time.0 -
One UU this morning:
Paula’s Choice Resist Advanced Replenishing Toner 118ml WNBA. This caused me to have a few bumps on the skin on my face so I used it on my body instead. This was a nice moisture boost before I applied body lotion, but I'm glad it's finished. Going to work on the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner next.
One GA as well today:
REN Rosa Centifolia Hot Cloth Cleanser 100ml This is irritating my skin when I use it. But thankfully a relative said they would like to try it so I've given it to them to try. So at least it's not going to waste.0 -
A few INs today:
Bumble and Bumble Don’t Blow It (Fine) 150ml
Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Bath & Shower Oil 3ml sample
Eve Lom Gel Balm Cleanser 5ml sample
Votary Superseed Facial Oil 2ml sample
I loved the mini tube of the Don't Blow It cream I had and I wanted the full size. Also bought it on Space NK just so I could get some free samples0 -

Don't mind telling you but as a disclaimer I urge you to use caution as I (being a fly by the seat of my pants kind of gal) took a huge knife to it (meat cleaver status) and using a sawing motion chopped at it along the seam. It was not a neat operation resulting in blue dust all across my chopping board and worktop however it was done without injury and resulted in the bath bomb being split into about 6 parts. If you are under the age of 18 you should seek adult supervision.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I've also posted some nail colours on the FB page List it ... Gift it being OPI Snow Glad I Met You (painted my nails with this last night and decided I don't like it), Boots No 7 Stay Perfect lacquer in Sugar Syrup (too sheer) and a mini OPI Envy the Adventure (I'll never wear green polish) so these will be out tomorrow as well.
This has gone Pete Tong. So, the idea of List It .... Gift It is that you offer something for sale but the only price the recipient is paying is postage which you quote when the ad is placed. The ad is kept open for 24 hours and a recipient is chosen at random (using random.org) from the number of recipients who applied. First off, I only got two applicants! I sent the "lucky" winner a message on FB asking her to PM me for my Paypal details and if she did this prior to 1.00pm today I could send the lacquers to her today, otherwise it would be Monday. I got a message from her saying she had paid. I only asked for £2.95 however she only sent me £1.00. When I queried this and asked for the extra she said she had misread the message and thought I said £1.00 not 1.00pm and that she could not send the other £1.95 until Wednesday (isn't that next week???). I then had to go through the performance of contacting Admin to report it and ask if it was ok to refund the "winner" and offer the items to the other applicant. Refund sent. Informed other applicant that they are now lucky winner if they still want items and got no response. It seems they have both had second thoughts about being the lucky recipients of my cast off nail polish. Lesson learned, maybe?Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge.
