I came across it by accident. I won a bundle of beauty items from List It ... Guft It and entered the draw for the bottle of Ordinary alone not even knowing what it was. I have used several products from Ordinary and while some are good others are not so much. I found their retinol not very effective, I prefer Merumaya over pretty much all I tried.

Their rockstar, Buffet is a really good serum but contains silicons I believe. They hyaluronic acid 2%, lactic acid 10%, niacinamide with zinc and salicylic acid 2% are also very good. I rotate them in my routine according to what I need. Their website has a good level of advice on how to use their products. My favourite is 100% L-Ascorbic Acid Powder, a topical Vitamin C treatment.

The founder was a genius but was ousted from the company and Estee Lauder sued him after erratic behaviour on social media.

Their products are not mass produced so there are often waitlists. Cultbeauty is one of the sellers and also has a good guide on their website.

Gatineau Peeling Expert WMBA Really liked these (travel sizes) and will buy once exfoliating products are all used up
Aldi’s hot cloth cleanser WNBA didn’t think it was a good enough dupe to replace LE cleanse and polish. Left my skin tight! Used to shave so used it up quick in the end

Progress still being made in all other items. I have pulled out a Bare Minerals lipgloss in Cookie to pair with the Marc Jacobs lipstick. Darkhorse looks like it has the same amount of dip in it even though I am using it all over my lids as well now. Pannage in Dim Light and Lemon Aid has increased. Don't think these will be finished next month even. Have work I Theadora You a couple of times. Level slowly going down. Have not touched Albatross but intend to use it to set my primer once I have finished a No 7 GWP eyeshadow hopefully in the next couple of days.

Philosophy Raspberry Glazed Shower Gel 480ml - WBA but do have more in the stash, really love this scent.


Bumble & Bumble BB Curl Defining Cream - WMBA, expensive but it does leave my curls soft. I have 2 bottles of Desert Essence soft curls cream to use first though.

My two favourites are Avon Reversalist SPF25 and Olay Regenerist 3 Point Day Cream SPF30. I've noticed more of a difference with the Avon one but they're both very good!
