    I seem to remember something like this in the old books too. I think what they mean is that you can have 2 for a HEB but (see the explanation below about the asterisks) if you just have one it'll be enough fibre to be healthy and boost weight loss by cutting carbs. HTH :)

    1.5 lb loss today. Plus 2.5 last week. total loss 4 lb. Happy with that as I never lose large amounts, never, ever.

    a lady in our group lost 9.5 this week!

    If you're using tinned tomatoes, heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add one small onion and one garlic clove and cook until softened. Add the tinned tomatoes, two teaspoons tomato paste, salt, pepper and one teaspoon sugar and any herbs. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
