Emailed PB a couple of days ago about some missing amazon points. I made it quite clear that the order was despatched on the 10/11/07. I received 2 emails, one from Lynn and one from Amy, which were identical, stating that I had to wait 6 weeks from date of despatch for the points to be credited. Now please PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong but 6 weeks from 10/11/07 would take it to 24/12/07? Yes? I did email back and point this out to them so they'll probably think I'm being cheeky and give me no CTs ever again...

although PB say 6 weeks etc for points, I guess it all depends on when they receive the file from Amazon, or whichever company you buy from, confirming the purchase...
