I have also had an email back from Pigsback saying to check with the post office, that they would send it on if they receive it back. Does this mean that I lose the voucher, or should I email them back - any advice please.

Whatever you do, don't give up. Persevere. Just keep emailing them, telling them you've checked with the Post Office and they haven't got them.

Keep emailing them, I kept getting that reply from one I was missing from early October, then yesterday rachel emailed to say she would send me another one. :T My JL vouchers from early December arrived today but the back of the envelope did not have Pigsback address on it as they kept telling me they did, it also only had half my address on even though I know I gave them the full address. :rolleyes:

I think they've told quite a few fibs about vouchers from early December, I was told my JL vouchers were sent about the 12th December but they are dated 3rd January. :rolleyes: They would have had a lot less emails if they'd just been honest about it.

Same boat, ordered a boots voucher on the 11th of december, still nothing. Will give a couple more days till i contact pigsback about this! (nothing at sorting office before they ask)

They don't have their return address on the back of the envelope, its on the front where they've franked the postage.

I had the same thing happen aswell, was missing avoucher from the beginning of oct - I told them that the sorting office didn't have it and they said they'd send me out another one. 6 weeks later, after still not receiving the 2nd one, I emailed pigsback again and they said they'd send a voucher out straightaway (which I did end up getting).Makes me wonder if they had bothered sending the other two vouchers out in the first place :rolleyes:

I ordered a boots voucher on the 10th dec what I haven't received - from what I understand they have been out of boots vouchers since around that period - they said they were getting new stock in anyday now....

he hee thats because it was yesterdays lol, its either taken a day for it to show up on your home page or you didnt see yesterdays post about it..
